Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they have not yet been fulfilled. To cancel or change your order, please contact centrumofert @gmail .com .

Returning goods is free of charge, and the package can be returned within 14 days of receiving it. To start the return process, please send a message to centrumofert @gmail .com within 14 days of delivery.
The customer is required to send the goods according to the instructions provided for the return. After receiving the return or confirmation of its shipment, we will refund the funds within 7 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the order.
